Zurich
Downtown Zurich is nice with a lot of shopping. Niederdorf is a great area to hang out in with a lot of restaurants, bars and shopping. Most of it is closed to vehicles, and it has a medieval feel to it with cobblestone streets and squares. The train system is the best we’ve seen yet-clean, on-time, connections to anywhere you want to go and easy to understand. Zurich is the largest city in Switzerland so as expected, there are many of the big city things to do and see.

The Tips
Check out the transportation system before you go. It’s easy to understand, but there are a lot of options.
Everyone in this city smokes so it is difficult to escape the smell of smoke or the sound of the smokers’ cough.
