Watch Planes Land

 

One of the most dangerous airports in the world, Gustaf III, resides in Saint Barths. If you rent a car, you can drive to the perfect spot to watch planes land there. They come within feet of you, and the runway is short with only ocean beyond the end of it. It’s exciting and not like any other plane watching spot in the world.

The Tips

 

  • The best place to watch the planes is parking on the side of the road to the right and at the end of the runway, opposite of the ocean.

 

  • Avoid the end of the runway, opposite of the ocean where the planes fly directly over. It is extremely dangerous and there is a chance of getting hit.
