Sky Lodge
The Sky Lodge experience begins with a drive from Cusco to Urubamba in Sacred Valley where the base camp is located. After a brief training in what to expect and how to use your climbing equipment, you’re off to climb the mountain via ferrata up to the Sky Lodge suites. The climb takes about an hour and a half before you reach the main dining pod where your guides will cook you dinner while you take in the incredible views overlooking Sacred Valley. After dinner and watching the sunset, a guide leads you to your private pod for the night. There’s very little light pollution in Peru, making the night sky full of stars. In the morning, you wake up to the amazing views and breakfast in the dining pod before a short climb again and then six long stretches of zip lining to get back down to base. The experience is indescribable and leaves you with a true sense of accomplishment.
