Crystal Caves
The Crystal Caves are located on the east side of the island within walking distance of Grotto Bay Beach Resort, Tom Moore’s Jungle and Blue Hole Park. There are two separate tours; the Crystal Caves and the Fantasy Caves. You can choose to do just one or both. The Crystal caves tour starts by descending underground via stairs and then a tour guide walks you through the beautifully lit up caves that were formed during the ice age but only discovered in the early 20th century. The natural lake that runs through it has water so clear that you can see perfectly all the way to the bottom, which goes down more than 50 feet in some places.

The Tips
When the tour guide turns out the lights to demonstrate total darkness, there will be at least one tourist that will take a picture (with flash) in that moment.
