Cliff Jumping & Cave Exploring
Located at Admiralty House Park, these cliffs can range from 15 to 30 ft high during safe times to jump. Just a few minutes’ drive north of the Hamilton Princess Resort; you then hike a short distance down to reach the cliffs. After jumping, you can swim into the caves to explore. If cliff jumping isn’t your thing, you can access the caves from the top of the cliff without having to get in the water. A fun experience, but keep in mind that there are no beaches here – just cliffs and caves.

The Tips
Ideal time to go is when the tide is high enough to allow access to the caves from the ocean after you jump.
Know the weather and where the tide is at before jumping-it can be dangerous if you are not informed and well prepared.
The beach area that you pass as you are hiking is not great, so don’t make this an area for one of your beach days.
It is a bit of a hike to get to the cliffs and the cave. If you don’t plan to jump, bring plenty of water and sunblock-it gets hot!
